However, the upgrade and support depends on the membership period, which allows you to download the products for a period of 3 months after the date of purchase. During this period, you may download any upgrades as well as submit support tickets. When your membership expires, you can continue to use the products downloaded during your membership period without paying any extra fee. To download any upgrades or submit support tickets after the expiry of your membership, you will need to renew your membership.
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the files included in the purchased product.
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from BlueFractals.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of BlueFractals.
All our sales are final and no refunds will be given. As all of our products are digital software issued under the GPL license and delivered instantly, once the payment is received, it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to determine and understand the refund policy; and the features and suitability of the products for your projects before making a purchase. Please refer to the documentation, feature list and live demo of the products to help you decide with your purchase.

All our products will specify which version(s) of Joomla they are compatible with and are tested with only core Joomla functionality and core Joomla modules, components and other said features. As such we cannot guarantee that the products will run with past or future versions of Joomla. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We do not warranty or guarantee our products will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions and templates.
Support is provided through our Support Ticket System. We provide support for fixing the product's possible bugs and light modifications such as CSS tweaks.
Please note that we are not responsible for modifying our products to meet your specific needs. If you need an extra feature which is not available in the product, you may advise us. We may include that feature in the future releases of the product if we deem it useful to do so. If you require the feature right away, you may consider hiring us to integrate the feature in the current version of the product.
